House Rules

Check-in and Check-out Check-in: 15:00 PM onwards Check-out: By 10:00 AM The key will be ready to be collected at the lock box by the entrance of the apartment. The code will be sent to you days before the check in. We have a self-check-in procedure in place, to have a pleasant way of entering to Camelia House. **If you would like to request a late check-out time, please contact us through the Airbnb/Booking app or via any contact number in this manual.** Smoking is NOT allowed in any area, indoor or outdoor. 3. Respect the Neighbors Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. 4. Use of Facilities Please treat the property and all amenities with care. 5. No pets allowed. 6. No parties allowed. 7. In cases where a deposit applies, any damages to equipment or decorations will be deducted from the deposit. If no deposit applies, any damaged or broken items during your stay will be charged separated.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to their apartment and all common areas of the farm. Beyond that, you are free to explore the entire Quinta Pedagógica—enjoy the gardens, apple orchards, farm animals, and the free-entry art gallery. The on-site bar operates daily from 9 AM to 6 PM, offering homemade cider and regional treats.

By Car (Highly Recommended): Renting a car is the best and most highly recommended way to explore Madeira. The property is about a 45-minute drive from Funchal and 50 minutes from the airport. Parking: Free public street parking is available along the main road directly outside the property (no private garage). Public Transport / Taxis: Local buses connect Prazeres to Calheta and Funchal, though schedules are limited. Taxis and rideshare services are available in the area.
